QT10-15 Block Making Machine Hot Testing for Uganda Customer

In this video, HAWEN Machinery is carrying out hot testing with real raw materials for one set of QT10-15 automatic block making machine before delivery to our customer from Uganda.

Hot testing before shipment is one of the most important quality control procedures in our workshop. During the testing process, our engineers carefully check the complete performance of the machine, including the automatic feeding system, hydraulic system, vibration forming system, moulding accuracy, demoulding process, pallet feeding system, electrical control system, PLC operation and overall machine running stability under real production conditions. This ensures that the equipment can achieve stable and reliable performance after installation at the customer's factory.

During the hot testing, the QT10-15 successfully produced high-quality hollow blocks with clear edges, accurate dimensions, stable shape and good compaction quality.

From the video, you can see the complete forming process, including raw material feeding, material distribution, vibration and hydraulic compression, smooth demoulding, pallet conveying and finished block display.

The combination of powerful vibration and stable hydraulic pressure ensures that the concrete mixture is evenly compacted, improving block density, strength and appearance quality.

The 400×150×200mm hollow block produced in this test is widely used in residential buildings, commercial projects, factories, boundary walls and infrastructure construction. Compared with traditional small bricks, hollow blocks offer many advantages, including lower building weight, reduced raw material consumption, faster construction speed, better thermal and sound insulation performance, and excellent durability. These advantages make concrete hollow blocks a popular building material in many developing markets.
