This video presents the QT15 fully automatic curb stone production line from HAWEN Machinery operating at a customer’s factory.
The QT15 production line is capable of manufacturing large concrete curb stones up to 750 × 150 × 300 mm in a standard cycle, with 6 pieces per forming cycle. It also supports extended production requirements, allowing a maximum length of up to 1000 mm and a maximum product height of up to 500 mm, providing strong flexibility for different curb stone and heavy-duty concrete product applications.
It operates with a 1400 × 1100 mm production pallet, ensuring stable molding, high efficiency, and consistent product quality.

The QT15 production line integrates multiple automated systems to ensure smooth workflow:
l Automatic Batching System– Precisely measures raw materials for consistent block quality.
l Automatic Mixing System – Uniformly mixes the concrete, ensuring optimal material consistency for every block.
l Automatic Forming System – The core molding unit that compacts and shapes the mixed concrete into high-density blocks or pavers with high precision and stability.
l Elevator and Lowerator – Efficiently transfers wet blocks to the curing chamber and returns cured blocks to the stacking area.
l Finger Cart – Automatically transports wet blocks from the forming area to the curing chamber and moves cured blocks to the lowerator, reducing manual labor.
l Curing Chamber – Provides controlled temperature and humidity for optimal curing of concrete blocks and pavers.
l Automatic Cuber System – Neatly stacks cured blocks for convenient packaging and storage.
l Automatic Strapping System – Secures block packages for safe transport and handling.
After the concrete material is uniformly fed into the mould, the QT15 block making machine completes vibration, hydraulic compaction and demoulding. The freshly formed curb stones are then transported along the wet block conveyor to the elevator. Once the loaded pallets have been collected, the automatic finger cart transfers them into the curing chamber for controlled curing.
This automated handling process reduces manual operation, protects freshly formed products from damage and helps the factory maintain stable, continuous production.
The QT15 production line uses controlled material feeding, powerful vibration and hydraulic compaction to produce dense and uniformly formed concrete products. Precise mould technology helps maintain consistent dimensions, smooth surfaces and well-defined edges during continuous industrial production.
