Overview of automatic cuber system

The process begins as the forklift puts the pallet (with block or paver) onto the Pallet Entry Machine, ensuring precise placement for the next stage. Then, the De-stacker takes the pallet onto the pallet conveyor, seamlessly connecting with the cuber system for continuous automated operation.

Once the pallet is in position, the Cuber starts working automatically, stacking the blocks with precision and preparing them for secure handling. After cubing, manual strapping ensures that the blocks remain tightly secured during transportation. or an automatic strapping machine can be installed to replace the manual strapping. The paver package is then taken by the forklift with a block clamp, demonstrating the smooth integration of lifting equipment and automation.

To further enhance efficiency, the Pallet Turnover Machine works to rotate the pallet as required for downstream processes, while the Pallet Lowerator safely lowers the pallet for handling.
