Hawen HW14001100 also called QT15,it is a large brick,block and paver makingmachine,which is designed for high-capacity industrial operation. lt is designed for highquality of hollow block,solid block,paving stone and curb stone water channel,gardenelement production.

It adopts latest servo vibration technology,allows to make the concrete product within 12-18s according to different size of product. And allows to make max 500mm height ofproduct.

Pallet size of machine:14000x1150mm or 1400x1100mm

Capacity for QT15:
-Rectangular paver 200x100x60mm:

-54pcs/mould,77700pcs/8hours,approx.1550 square meters per shift;

-Hollow block 400x200x200mm:

-15pcs/mould, approx.14000~15000pcs/8hours;

-Hollow block 400x150x200mm:

12pcs/mould,approx.20,000~21,000pcs/8hours.

The control system of brick making machine is equipped wih SIEMENS PLC SIEMENS ToUchPanel,production program, malfunction diagnosis system and remote control function,easyfor operation and maintenance.

The Hydraulic system With"yUKEN" brand double proportional valve and directional valves,the flow and pressure of each movement could be adjusted on touch panel,machine runningsmoothly without impact,through the double vane pump,different actions run simultaneously,greatly improve production efficiency.

Main forming machine equipped with a Face-mix device(Color feeding system),it can makethe double layer paving stone just by changing the mould.
