Hawen QT15 Automatic Paver and Block Making Plant
The Hawen QT15 Automatic Paver and Block Making Plant is designed for efficient and stable production of concrete pavers and blocks. With a pallet size of 1400×1200 mm, the QT15 is capable of producing 400×200×200 mm concrete hollow blocks at 15 pieces per mold, achieving an output of approximately 2,700 blocks per hour. In addition, it can manufacture rectangular pavers(200×100×100mm) at 54 pieces per mold, with a production capacity of up to 9,720 pavers per hour, making it a highly flexible solution for medium to large-scale block factories. The QT15 is equipped with an advanced servo vibration system to ensure high-density compaction and consistent block quality. Hawen Machinery adopts a four-shaft vibration box design, positioning eccentric blocks outside the housing. This design reduces vibration resistance, allows vibration force to spread evenly across the mold, and improves overall compaction efficiency. As a result, blocks achieve higher strength while reducing cement consumption.
A reliable hydraulic station provides stable and smooth machine operation. At Hawen Machinery, the hydraulic station of our block machines adopts Japanese YUKEN proportional and directional valves and an American ALBERT hydraulic pump. This combination ensures precise hydraulic control, strong pressure output, and long service life, even under continuous production conditions. For intelligent operation, the QT15 integrates a SIEMENS S7-200 PLC control system with a user-friendly touch panel and remote monitoring function. Through this system, we can monitor the real-time operating status of customers' machines, adjust key parameters remotely, and help maintain consistent production quality with minimal downtime. The QT15 can also be equipped with a facemix device system, enabling the production of high-quality pavers with smooth surfaces and uniform color. This system helps manufacturers improve product appearance and market competitiveness while keeping material usage under control.
To further improve efficiency, the production line includes an automatic cuber system. Finished blocks are stacked accurately and safely, reducing manual labor and ensuring smooth handling after production. Hawen Machinery also places strong emphasis on mold quality.
