How to make GMT Pallet for block making machine
*Welcome to HAWEN Machinery, a professional manufacturer specializing in high-quality GMT pallets, block making machines and concrete moulds. In this video, we will take you inside our modern factory to show you how a GMT pallet is made — from raw materials to the finished product — and explain why HAWEN GMT pallets are trusted by clients around the world.
* Complete GMT Pallet Production Process
1. Raw Material Feeding The process begins with feeding top-grade PP (polypropylene) resin, glass fibers, and additives into the mixing system. These materials form the base of our GMT pallets, ensuring high impact resistance and toughness.
2. Material Mixing The raw materials are blended evenly at high temperature to form a homogeneous thermoplastic composite. Proper mixing ensures the finished pallet will have uniform density and mechanical strength.
3. Mixed Material Being Put into the Mould & U Steel Adding The hot mixture is placed into a precision-designed mould. During this step, galvanized U-shaped steel edges are added to strengthen the borders of the pallet and prevent deformation over long-term use.
4. Being Pressed by 2000T Press Machine The mould is closed and compressed by a 2000-ton hydraulic press. The massive pressure ensures the material is compacted evenly, creating a dense, solid GMT structure.
5. Pressing After about two minutes of pressing, the composite is fully formed. This step determines the final thickness and structural integrity of the pallet.Once pressing is finished, the mould automatically opens, signaling the completion of one forming cycle.
6. Take Out the GMT Pallet and New Cycle The newly formed GMT pallet is carefully removed from the press and transferred for further processing. The production line continues smoothly, starting a new cycle with the next batch of materials.
7. Edge Removing The edges are trimmed precisely to ensure every pallet meets standard dimensions and fits perfectly on block making machines.
8. Manual Initial Polishing The initial polishing process is carried out manually to remove surface burrs and prepare for fine polishing.
9. GMT Pallet Surface Polishing By Machine The GMT pallet surface is polished automatically by high-precision polishing machines to achieve a smooth and anti-slip finish.
10. Finished Product – GMT Pallet The finished GMT pallet is now strong, durable, waterproof, corrosion-resistant, and ready for delivery to customers around the world.
11. Packing The finished GMT pallets are packed according to container loading requirements to ensure safe delivery to our clients worldwide.
