The production line uses GMT pallets sized 1100×950×30 mm, and the customer purchased 1,500 pallets, ensuring efficient stacking and smooth transportation of blocks.

The QT10-15 automatic block making machine was chosen for its fast solid brick forming cycle, producing solid bricks in just 16 seconds per cycle with 18 pieces per mould, delivering consistent high-quality output. The QT10-15 automatic block making plant integrates all key systems—batching, mixing, and main forming machine—into a fully automated workflow, ensuring every block meets strict quality standards.

1. Batching System

The batching machine accurately measures cement, sand, and aggregates for both bottom , ensuring uniform concrete mixture for consistent structural strength and surface quality of each block.

2. Mixing System

A high-efficiency mixer thoroughly combines raw materials to produce a uniform, consistent concrete mixture. This ensures that each mould receives well-prepared material, allowing the main forming machine to operate at its designed speed and achieve high-quality blocks with excellent strength and surface finish.

Hydraulic System: Centralized hydraulic station with oil cooler maintains optimal hydraulic oil temperature, ensuring stable operation and long service life.

Control System: User-friendly PLC and HMI interface allow precise operation and monitoring, supporting fast, safe, and efficient production.

Automatic Block Stacking

The QT10-15 block making plant features an automatic block stacker, stacking blocks layer by layer onto GMT pallets. The automatic pallet provider and wet block conveyor ensure continuous production, minimizing manual handling and block damage.

This configuration guarantees that each block is precisely formed, transferred, and stacked, maximizing efficiency.

Pre-Shipment Testing

Before shipment, the QT10-15 block making machine underwent full-scale factory testing, producing trial blocks to verify:

Stable continuous operation
Accurate mold alignment and compaction
Uniform size, surface quality, and strength of solid bricks
