The HAWEN QT12-15 Automatic Paver Production Line is engineered to produce rectangular pavers, solid blocks, and solid bricks with exceptional uniformity and durability. With its large pallet size of 1400×950mm, this production line ensures high output, stable operation, and long service life — making it the perfect choice for both established manufacturers and new investors.

The QT12-15 block production line includes a batching machine, mixing system(1000L planetary mixer for bottom material, 330L for face material mixing), forming system, and automatic block stacker, ensuring a seamless and efficient production process from material preparation to final stacking.

Hydraulic System

Our QT12-15 block making machine is equipped with a high-performance hydraulic system using with Japanese "Yuken" double proportional valve and directional valves, the flow and pressure of each movement could be adjusted on touch panel,machine running smoothly without impact,through the double vane pump,different actions run simultaneously,greatly improve production efficiency.

The hydraulic station is equipped with a high-performance American ALBERT hydraulic pump, a well-known brand recognized for its stable pressure output, long service life, and reliable performance in industrial applications.

By using Albert pumps, we guarantee long-term stability, reduced maintenance costs, and optimal performance for the hydraulic system of our machines.

 

Industrial Oil Cooler

The industrial oil cooler efficiently cools hydraulic oil in hydraulic system, preventing overheating and ensuring optimal performance. It helps maintain the ideal temperature, improving system efficiency and longevity.

 

Mechanical Structure

The mechanical system of our QT12-15 block making machine is built with a heavy-duty steel structure, ensuring high strength, stability, and long service life under continuous operation.

The mechanical components are precisely machined and surface-treated, ensuring tight tolerances, low noise, and excellent brick quality with every cycle.

Electrical Control System

Combined with German automatic control technology and system, it adopts German Siemens PLC and Siemens touch panel control to make each action accurate and reliable, computer operation saves time and effort, easy operation with low failure rate.

All control buttons and electrical components are from SIEMENS, and the PLC system can solve the problem remotely by connecting to the wireless for fast and efficient after-sales support.

To ensure stable and safe electrical control, our control system uses Switzerland ABB relays as standard components.

In addition, the thermal overload relays and motor protectors is also ABB brand.  

 

Static and Dynamic Vibration Technology
By combining static pressing and dynamic vibration, the QT12-15 achieves a dense, durable, and smooth surface finish on every rectangular paver.
