Offline Cuber System for Concrete Block Production

In Vietnam, 2-hole concrete bricks are widely used in building material production. However, because the bricks usually come out standing vertically, they are difficult to stack neatly and stably by a conventional cubing system.

To solve this pain point, Hawen Machinery designed a special brick pushing down device for Vietnam 2-hole bricks.This system includes a brick pushing down system, brick grouping system, automatic cubing system, and automatic strapping machine, providing a complete offline solution for product handling and packaging.

After curing, the concrete products are transferred to the offline cuber line. The brick pushing down system separates and positions the products smoothly. Then, the grouping system arranges the blocks according to the required package size and stacking pattern. After grouping, the automatic cuber stacks the products into stable packs, ready for final strapping. The automatic strapping machine securely bundles each finished pack with strong straps, helping to prevent product movement, reduce damage during forklift handling and transportation, and improve container loading stability.
