The QT7-15 block machine production line was successfully loaded and shipped to Armenia in a well-protected container arrangement. All equipment was carefully packed into two 40’HQ containers, one 20’OT container and two 20’GP containers on June 2026. Every component was fully reinforced before shipment to ensure maximum safety during long-distance sea transportation.

The Armenian client is establishing his own block production factory to meet the growing demand for high-quality interlocking pavers, hollow blocks, and curbstones in the local construction market. After comparing multiple suppliers, he selected the QT7-15 production line due to its stable performance, flexible mould system, robust hydraulic structure, and advanced multi color face-mix capability.
The mechanical system of the QT7-15 is built with a heavy-duty frame structure, ensuring stable operation under continuous vibration and pressure. It is equipped with an automatic material feeding and distribution system that guarantees uniform mould filling and consistent product dimensions. During the forming process, the machine achieves precise synchronization between hydraulic pressure and vibration, which is essential to ensure optimal compaction density, improved block strength, and accurate dimensional accuracy. The face-mix device further enables the production of decorative surface layers, significantly enhancing the appearance and market value of finished products.

The hydraulic system serves as the core driving force of the entire production process, delivering stable and powerful pressure to achieve high-density concrete compaction. Working in coordination with the vibration system, it ensures that concrete materials are evenly distributed and fully compacted inside the mould cavity. An integrated oil cooling system maintains optimal operating temperature during continuous production, ensuring long-term stability, durability, and consistent performance under high workloads.

The control system is based on a SIEMENS PLC intelligent platform with a touchscreen interface, allowing operators to manage the entire production process with ease. It supports fully automatic operation, stores mould parameters for quick product changeover, and minimizes manual errors, significantly improving production efficiency even for less experienced operators.

In addition, this Armenia project is specially equipped with a multi color face-mix system, enabling precise pigment control and stable dual-layer feeding of face mix and base mix. The system ensures even pigment distribution, prevents color segregation during vibration and compaction, and maintains consistent multi color effects across batches. This capability is essential for high-end architectural paving, where visual quality directly increases commercial value.

Before shipment, the machine underwent strict factory testing, including mechanical operation inspection, hydraulic stability testing, electrical system checks, and full multi color production trials. All mould parameters were pre-set in the control system to ensure the customer can begin production immediately after installation.

With the delivery of this QT7-15 production line, the Armenian customer is now fully equipped to produce high-quality interlocking pavers, hollow blocks, and decorative multi color bricks, enabling a fast entry into the local construction materials market and supporting the expansion of his manufacturing business.
