Factory Construction & Growth Story
1. Building a Factory From the Ground Up
Our customer in Crimea decided to start his own block factory to meet the rising demand for high-quality pavers, blocks and curbstones in the local market.
He had been supplying materials for several years and saw a clear opportunity to expand into full-scale block production.
After comparing several brands, he chose Hawen Machinery for three key reasons:
Reliable machine stability
Flexible mould solutions
Professional technical support
This marked the beginning of his new manufacturing journey.

With the arrival of the QT7 -15 block production line, the customer is now preparing to launch a factory capable of producing multiple types of pavers and hollow blocks. The long-term plan includes expanding the production capacity and supplying neighboring regions as well.
2. Customer Testimony and Project Collaboration
During communication and discussions, the customer repeatedly emphasized his confidence in Hawen's equipment quality.
He appreciated the engineering design, mould precision, and our clear technical guidance throughout the project.
He mentioned:
“Your machine structure and mould quality give me full confidence. I hope to bring in more Hawen machines as my factory grows.”
From machine configuration confirmation to mould design to shipment preparation, the cooperation process went smoothly—reflecting his high level of trust in our team.
Machine Configuration Highlights
This QT7-15 block production line is a customized high-end configuration, capable of producing block heights ranging from 40 mm to 300 mm, meeting the customer’s demand for both thin pavers and large-size blocks.
1. Main Machine Systems

The QT7-15 block making machine consists of three core systems:
Mechanical System (with Face-Mix Device)
Heavy-duty frame structure
Material feeding system + material distributor
Face mix device for producing high-quality surface pavers
Ensures uniform filling, precise vibration, and consistent block strength
Hydraulic System (including Hydraulic Station and Oil Cooler)

High-performance hydraulic station for stable pressure output
Integrated oil cooling machine, which maintains hydraulic oil temperature and ensures long-term stability
Smooth operation and extended component lifespan
Control System
PLC automated control with touchscreen interface
Easy to operate, suitable for beginners
Stores mould parameters—customers can select a mould, load preset data, and make only small adjustments before production
Improves efficiency and reduces operator error
2. Moulds & Pallets

The customer ordered combination paver moulds, allowing production of multiple shapes with one mould base—highly flexible and cost-effective.
Pallet size: GMT Pallets 1150 × 750 mm
3. Factory Testing Before Shipment
Before delivery, the QT7-15 machine underwent:
Structural inspection
Motion test

Hydraulic performance test
Electrical system test

Full block production test
All forming accuracy, vibration performance, and block strength were confirmed.
Each mould's parameter settings were saved in the touchscreen system, ensuring the customer can start production easily upon installation.
This shipment marks an important milestone for our customer's factory project in Crimea.
With Hawen's QT7-15 block production line, he is well-prepared to produce high-quality pavers and blocks, expand his market presence, and grow his manufacturing business in the years ahead.
