QT8 Brick making machine shipped to client in South Africa
The QT8 block making machine with a pallet size:980×900mm, had been carefully loaded into a 40' HQ on 15 June 2026, with each component professionally reinforced and secured to prevent movement or damage during transit.

Main Components of the Shipment
The complete block making plant consists of the following major components:
1. Main Forming Machine
The main forming machine is the core component of the production line, responsible for the automatic production of concrete blocks through precise feeding, vibration, compression, and molding processes.
The machine is equipped with high-performance Siemens vibration motors. These motors deliver powerful and consistent vibration force, ensuring optimal concrete compaction, higher block density, and improved compressive strength.
The machine further incorporates a CONTITECH airbag clamping system, which securely locks the mold box during the vibration process. By effectively absorbing vibration energy and minimizing mechanical stress, the airbag system improves vibration transmission efficiency, reduces wear on machine components, and extends the service life of both the machine and molds.

2. PLC Control Cabinet
An advanced electrical control system used to manage and monitor the operation of the entire production line, ensuring stable performance and efficient production. The machine is equipped with an advanced German Siemens PLC platform, touch screen and Swiss ABB relays.

3. Hydraulic Station
The hydraulic system is equipped with high-quality German Siemens motor, American ALBERT hydraulic pumps, Japanese Yuken hydraulic valves, precision pressure control units, and Italian Manuli hydraulic hoses.
4. Spare Parts Box
Contains essential spare parts and maintenance tools supplied with the machine to support routine servicing and minimize downtime.
Factory testing
Prior to shipment, the machine underwent comprehensive operational testing, including vibration, hydraulic, electrical, and trial block production.
To produce South Africa Maxie brick at 290x90x140mm,the output is 24pcs per drop.

These tests confirmed the machine's forming accuracy, operational stability, and finished block quality. During factory commissioning, our engineers preset and stored the production parameters for each block type directly in the Siemens PLC control system and touch-screen interface.
When production begins at the customer's site, operators can simply select the corresponding product recipe from the stored database, significantly reducing setup time and ensuring consistent product quality. Only minor adjustments may be required according to local raw materials and production conditions.
