Hot Testing of QT8-15 Block Making Machine for a Customer in South Africa

Every Block making machine is fully hot tested in our factory before being shipped to the customer. The hot testing process simulates real production conditions, including no-load commissioning and material-forming tests, ensuring that all systems including hydraulic, vibration, control, block output, work together properly.

A QT8-15 machine destined for South Africa has successfully been tested in our workshop.

Why do we conduct hot testing?
We adhere to the principle of "hot test before shipment", mainly for the following three core reasons:
1. Eliminate hidden faults and avoid on-site shutdowns.
After long-distance transportation or prolonged storage, issues such as loose piping, sensor drift, or poor electrical contacts may occur. By performing hot testing before shipment, we can detect and resolve these hidden problems in advance, ensuring that the equipment runs stably upon arrival at your factory – eliminating the embarrassment of "repair upon delivery".
2. Shorten on-site commissioning time and achieve rapid production.
A block making machine involves coordination of multiple parameters. During hot testing, we perform initial parameter calibration using common raw materials, and provide you with the testing video and parameter records. Once you receive the machine, you only need to connect power and add materials to produce qualified products in a short time - significantly saving installation and commissioning costs.
3. Remote acceptance for peace of mind.
The entire hot testing process for each machine is recorded on video. You can remotely verify the machine’s condition via video before payment or shipment – achieving "knowing performance without seeing the physical machine".

· All hot tests use mix proportions close to your actual production.
· After hot testing, critical parts of the machine are marked for anti-loosening and secured for transportation to prevent shifting during transit.
· If any abnormality is found during the hot test, we will immediately rectify it and perform another hot test – the machine will not be shipped until all tests pass.
