Hawen QT6-15 Automatic Block Making Plant Delivered to Client in Northern Vietnam

At the beginning of March 2026, Hawen Machinery delivered one set of QT6-15 automatic block making plant to a long-term client in northern Vietnam. The production line is designed to operate with GMT pallets at the size of 980×680mm, ensuring stable block forming, precise mould positioning, and smooth pallet circulation throughout the entire manufacturing process.

This order marks the client's third purchase from Hawen Machinery and comes four months after the previous investment, reflecting the customer's confidence in our equipment and ongoing expansion of production capacity to meet growing demand in the northern Vietnam construction market.

Land Transportation via Guangxi Youyiguan Border

The complete plant was transported by land. After loading in our factory in Quanzhou, the equipment was delivered by truck to Guangxi Youyiguan border, a journey of approximately two days. Upon customs clearance, the cargo will enter Vietnam directly.

With streamlined logistics coordination and efficient cross-border handling, the client will receive the production line within one week from the shipping date, enabling timely installation and commissioning for rapid operational start-up.

Mechanical System

The mechanical framework ensures synchronized movement of the mould frame, feeding carriage, and vibration table, maintaining stability under continuous production.

The integrated face-mix feeding device allows the production of surface-finished blocks when required, increasing product versatility and operational efficiency.

Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system is engineered for precision, durability, and stable output. The hydraulic station adopts Japanese YUKEN proportional and directional valves together with an American ALBERT hydraulic pump, combining accurate pressure control with high load capacity.

This ensures consistent moulding pressure, smooth demoulding performance, and reliable continuous operation under heavy-duty conditions, resulting in uniform compressive strength and dimensional stability of finished blocks.

Intelligent Control System

The control system integrates a SIEMENS S7-200 PLC with an intuitive touch panel and remote monitoring capabilities.

Through this system, Hawen Machinery can track the real-time operating status of customers’ block machines, optimize production parameters remotely, and ensure consistent quality output. The user-friendly interface improves operational efficiency while reducing downtime and manual errors.

Batching and Mixing Section

The PL800-II batching machine with two storage bins allows precise proportioning of sand and crushed stone, supporting flexible raw material combinations according to production requirements.

The JS750 twin-shaft mixer delivers rapid and homogeneous mixing, ensuring uniform material consistency before entering the moulding stage. Proper mixture uniformity directly contributes to stable block strength, dimensional accuracy, and surface quality.

Pallet Feeding and Stacking System

The automatic pallet provider continuously supplies GMT pallets to the main machine, maintaining uninterrupted production cycles and maximizing workflow efficiency.

The automatic block stacker arranges finished bricks after moulding, reducing manual labor intensity, improving workplace safety, and optimizing internal logistics management within the factory.

Mold Manufacturing Capability

Hawen Machinery designs molds compatible with leading block machine brands, including MASA, HESS, ZENITH, POYATOS, BESSER, TIGER, and others. By following original technical specifications, these molds ensure precise fitting, smooth operation, and consistent block quality across platforms.

For this project, customized moulds were manufactured according to the client’s required brick dimensions, ensuring stable forming accuracy and long-term service life.

Comprehensive Factory Testing

Before shipment, the complete production line underwent systematic factory testing. Trial brick production verified vibration stability, hydraulic pressure consistency, mould alignment accuracy, and finished block density.

Only after confirming stable operation and qualified sample bricks was the equipment approved for dispatch.
