In mid-October, a QT12-15 Fully Automatic block production line manufactured by HAWEN MACHINERY was successfully shipped from our factory, and is expected to arrive at Puerto Quetzal, Guatemala in early December.

Lowerator: With 13 layers, two pallets can be put on each layer.  After curing, it automatically lowers finished blocks from curing racks to the conveyor line. The descent process is stable and vibration-free, protecting the blocks and improving productivity.

Finger Cart: With 13 layers, two pallets can be put on each layer. It efficiently transfers multiple pallets between the forming and curing areas. It is fully automatic, space-saving, and minimizes manual handling or forklift use.

7.Automatic Cuber System and Automatic Strapping system.
