QT10 Brick Making Machine Delivered to Customer in Vietnam

A QT10 brick making machine was successfully shipped to a long-term customer in Vietnam. The equipment was loaded today and dispatched to Hai Phong Port, with arrival expected by the end of the month. This shipment marks the customer's second purchase from Hawen, following strong performance and satisfaction with the first production line installed approximately six months earlier.

Pallet and Product Specifications

The production line is designed to operate with GMT pallets sized at 1100 × 950 × 30 mm, ensuring high durability and stable operation under continuous production conditions.

The machine is configured to produce the following products for the Vietnamese market:

6-hole hollow brick: 135 × 95 × 190 mm, 40 pcs per mould

Machine Configuration and System Description
Block Making Machine – Core Forming System

The QT10 block making machine integrates three main systems designed for stability, precision, and ease of operation:

Mechanical System
The mechanical structure includes a robust frame, ensuring uniform material distribution and consistent surface quality for each brick.

Hydraulic System
Equipped with an independent hydraulic station, the system provides stable pressure and synchronized movement, enabling high-density block formation and reliable long-term operation. The station adopts Japanese YUKEN proportional hydraulic valves and directional valves, along with an American ALBERT hydraulic pump, ensuring precise control and superior durability.

Control System
The Geman Simens PLC-based control system offers an intuitive interface, allowing operators to easily manage production parameters, mould changes, and daily operation with minimal training.

Pallet Supply System

The automatic pallet provider forms part of the pallet supply system, automatically delivering empty GMT pallets to the block making machine. Its purpose is to ensure continuous production without pallet shortages, improving overall line efficiency and reducing manual handling.

Stacking System

After forming, finished blocks are transferred to the automatic block stacker, which includes block stacking equipment designed to automatically arrange and stack bricks in an orderly manner. This system reduces labor intensity, improves handling efficiency, and prepares the blocks for curing and further processing.

Factory Testing and Quality Assurance

Before shipment, the entire production line underwent comprehensive factory testing. Trial production was carried out using the customer's specified moulds to produce actual bricks, allowing verification of block strength, dimensions, and surface quality. Only after stable performance and confirmed results was the machine approved for delivery.

Customer Background and Feedback

This project represents a repeat purchase by an existing customer. The first Hawen production line has been operating reliably, and the customer expressed strong satisfaction with the machine's stability, mould accuracy, and overall output performance.

During discussions for this second order, the customer stated that the proven performance of the previous equipment gave him full confidence to expand capacity with additional machines. He also indicated interest in further cooperation as market demand continues to grow.
