GMT Pallet Covered by "U" Steel Shipped to client in Palestine
In the first week of November,2025,Quanzhou Hawen Machinery successfully shipped 1000 customized GMT pallets at the size of 1400x1150x50 mm, with "U" steel reinforcement to one of our esteemed clientin Palestine. All 1000pcs of GMT Pallet being loaded into 4x20GP container to Haifa Port .With an estimated transit of about one month, this project demonstrates Hawen's capability in producing durable, customized GMT pallets designed for demanding production environments such as curbstone manufacturing.

The Palestinian customer operates a fully automatic block production line,making hollow block and curb stone,where mold weight, strong vibration, and frequent impact require pallets with exceptional strength, rigidity, and long-term stability.

To meet these requirements, Hawen designed fully reinforced U-shaped steel edges for the GMT pallets. Each steel edge includes an inverted hook every 30 cm, ensuring the steel integrates firmly with the pallet. This structural enhancement provides:
Higher rigidity and reduced deformation under heavy load;
Stronger impact resistance, especially during demolding;
Longer service life, with the steel edge and pallet remaining inseparable for 6–8 years, outperforming PVC, bamboo, or wooden pallets;
Better stability for large-size mold applications.
