Technical Visit to the UAE and Project Initiation

The cooperation was initiated through an on-site technical visit by Hawen Machinery's team to the client's production facility in the United Arab Emirates.

During the visit, both sides held detailed discussions regarding the client's existing MASA 9.2 block production line, including technical requirements, block specifications, and long-term production expectations. The purpose of this visit was to eliminate information gaps and ensure that the mould design would precisely match real operating conditions.

Rather than relying on remote communication, the engineering team evaluated the production environment directly. This allowed a more accurate understanding of vibration behavior, forming requirements, and wear conditions in daily operation.

Following this technical alignment, the client confirmed the order for one hollow block mould.

The mould was designed specifically for the MASA 9.2 block machine system, with a pallet size of 1400 × 1300 mm.

To ensure absolute compatibility, the mould will be fully assembled and tested in Hawen Machinery's workshop before shipment. This factory-based fitting process allows engineers to verify dimensional accuracy, forming stability, and mechanical coordination under real equipment conditions.
