- Hollow block 400x150x200mm: 12pcs/mould,approx.17000~18000pcs/8hours. 

- Hollow block 400x250x200mm: 8pcs/mould,approx.11000~12000pcs/8hours. 

- Solid brick 250x120x60mm: 45pcs/mould,86000pcs/8hours per shift 

- Solid brick 198x95x60mm: 60pcs/mould,11500pcs/8hours per shift 

- Rectangular paver 200x100x60mm: 24pcs/mould,52000pcs/8hours,approx.1000 square meters per shift .

 The control system of brick making machine is equipped with SIEMENS PLC or Vigor PLC,production program, malfunction diagnosis system and remote control function,easy for operation and maintenance. 

The Hydraulic system With“YUKEN” brand double proportional valve and directional valves, the flow and pressure of each movement could be adjusted on touch panel,machine running smoothly without impact,through the double vane pump,different actions run simultaneously,greatly improve production efficiency.

 Main forming machine equipped with a basic Face-mix device,it can make the double layer paving stone just by changing the mould.
