With a pallet size of 1400x950mm, the QT12-15 block machine excels in large-scale production, providing high efficiency and precise output. 

Hydraulic System

The QT12-15 is equipped with a high-performance hydraulic system using imported valves and pumps. This ensures accurate pressure control and smooth, synchronized movements during the forming process. It reduces vibration loss, protects the frame, and improves the service life of the concrete block machine. 

Mechanical Structure 

The machine’s heavy-duty steel frame ensures stability and long-lasting performance. The vibration table is supported by dual-axis synchronous drive motors, achieving uniform vibration throughout the mould area. This guarantees consistent compaction of each brick, even in high-speed production scenarios. 

Electrical Control System 

Controlled by a Siemens or Schneider PLC system, the plant offers intelligent control of every step—from batching and mixing to mould vibration and stacking. The touchscreen interface is user-friendly and supports multiple production programs, remote diagnostics, and parameter adjustment in real time. 

Static and Dynamic Vibration Table 

Combining static pressing with dynamic vibration ensures each brick has high compressive strength, sharp edges, and low water absorption. This is critical for structural bricks like two-hole blocks that must meet construction-grade standards.
